Thank you for trusting me with your crown. 👑 ⸻ PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING: ✨ Shampoo & Hair Prep • A basic shampoo is included with every service—you do not need to arrive with clean hair. • If you choose to shampoo your own hair, it must be completely clean, oil-free, and thoroughly detangled. If not, your appointment will be canceled, and you’ll need to rebook. This ensures your style lasts with maximum neatness and longevity. ✨ Knotless Braids Scheduling • For smedium or small knotless braids, please select a time at or before 12 PM. Appointments booked after 12 PM will not be approved unless we’ve discussed it in advance. 📲 Please text me if you need a later appointment for small braids. ✨ Hair Requirements • Clients must provide their own hair. Details about the type, brand, and quantity are listed under each style description. Need help finding it or need a substitute? Reach out—I’m happy to help. ✨ Deposits • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book and will go toward your total. • Deposits may be transferred once, with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-call/no-shows or late cancellations result in a forfeited deposit. ✨ No-Show & Tardiness Policy • No-shows without communication will result in being blocked from future bookings. • If you’re running late, please contact me. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled to avoid affecting the next client. ✨ Appointment Confirmation All appointments will be confirmed via text message, which will include the location and other important details. ✨ Please Note: • Arrive alone. No guests are allowed in the studio. • Arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience for you and others. • If you have any scalp conditions, hair loss, open wounds, or other concerns, you must be approved prior to booking. Please text me directly to discuss your options. • Clients under 13 must be approved in advance. Please text me the child’s name and age before booking. • Hair must be at least 2 inches long to book any braid service. • No freshly relaxed hair for braid services. • Feeling under the weather? Cancellation Policy

I charge %50 cancellation fee for any no call no shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment so please book accordingly 🙂
